Born in 1962, Puan Hajjah Fatihah Anis Ibrahim began her career in the banking industry before leaving to pursue her passion for cooking. With over 39 years of experience in traditional food making, she transformed a small home-based venture into a modern, large-scale frozen food factory. As the first Malaysian woman to venture into the frozen food industry using advanced manufacturing technology, she has shown remarkable determination and resilience.
